PVC-U drainage is the default for soil and waste stacks because it is chemically inert, smooth enough to resist solids build-up, and jointed by solvent cement into a rigid, silent system.

Standard pipe and fittings are supplied alongside the National A grade and the swirl noise-reduction single-stack fittings used where a stack passes through habitable rooms.
