A specification we can quote from answers five questions: what the medium is, the continuous temperature, the size, the pressure class and the jointing method. If you only have a drawing, send that — we will read the standard off it and confirm what is achievable.
For threaded items state BSP or NPT. For flanged items state the flange standard and gasket material. These two details cause more order corrections than any other.

- Sample or first production run, depending on whether the size is new to you
- Factory inspection: dimensions, appearance, hydrostatic test, material certificate
- Shipment on your nominated port and shipping marks
