PVC Rubber Ring Fittings to DIN 19534

Push-fit joints for large-diameter buried lines, DN110 to DN630.

Rubber ring joints replace solvent cement with an elastomeric seal, which changes the economics of large-diameter installation: no mixing, no cure time, and the joint tolerates slight ground movement and thermal expansion.

The trade-off is that the joint is not rigid, so thrust blocks and restraint are needed at changes of direction on pressurised lines. We supply RR (double socket) and RS (spigot-socket) geometries from DN110 to DN630, with EPDM seals as standard.
