PE Fabricated Welded Fittings

Made-to-shape PE assemblies where a mould does not exist.

Not every geometry has a mould: crosses, unequal branches, long-radius bends and one-off transitions are fabricated by welding cut pipe segments and moulded ends together. This is the normal way to deliver a non-standard shape without tooling lead time.

Every fabricated item is dimensionally checked and can be pressure tested on request, with the weld record kept for the order.
