CPVC Pipe to ASTM F441, SCH40 and SCH80

Inch-dimension CPVC for hot water and corrosive service, 1/2″ to 12″.

ASTM F441 is the North American counterpart to the ISO CPVC standards and is the grade most often called out on fire protection and industrial drawings in the Americas. SCH40 covers the common domestic range; SCH80 handles higher pressure and exposed runs.

Both schedules use the same outside diameters as their PVC equivalents, which is convenient for retrofit work but is also the most common installation error: a PVC fitting on a CPVC line fails at the fitting, not the pipe. We supply CPVC pipe, fittings and cement as one system.
