PFA Butt Fusion Fittings and Accessories

The lowest-extractables joint for UPW and wet-process chemical lines.

Butt fusion produces a homogeneous weld with no insert and no elastomer in the flow path, which is why it is the specified system where extractables are the controlling requirement. It needs a controlled fusion machine and a trained operator; the joint quality is not visible afterwards.

The range covers elbows, tees, reducers, flange adaptors, male and female adaptors, nozzles, plugs and PTFE accessories.
